Quencie and Tam Talk Whitney Houston and Celebrate The First Red Carpet Event Studio Q Covered! [VIDEO]

On February 9th Studio Q covered it's first red carpet event, which was also the last red carpet that Whitney Houston walked. It was at a pre-grammy party given by Kelly Price and Jason Lee called 'For The Love of R & B' at Tru night Club in Hollywood.

This was a very special event because it marks the last time I got to hug Whitney Houston before she passed just 2 days later. Check out our conversation where we shared memories about that day, that moment, and everything that led up to it.

Quencie Interviews Michelle Williams

I loved interviewing one third of Destiny's Child at the Merge Summit.  Michelle Williams was full of love and light at the event.  One day I hope to sit down with her.  She always seems to have good positive energy.  Check out our quick red carpet conversation below.

Quencie Interviews Naughty By Nature

I interviewed the legendary hip hop group Naughty by Nature on the red carpet of the T-Boz Unplugged benefit concert at the Avalon in Hollywood. We talked about Treach's daughter on the reality show Growing up Hip Hop, Donald Trump's inauguration and what to expect from Naughty by Nature in 2017.  Watch our conversation below.

Quencie Interviews Emmy Award Winning Actress, Viola Davis

A few years back I had the distinct pleasure and honor to speak to Emmy award winning actress Viola Davis and her husband Julius Tennon on the purple carpet of Halle Berry's Silver Rose Awards Gala and Auction to benefit the Jenessee Center. Viola was a presenter at the ceremony. Viola is one of my favorite actresses so I was super nervous to speak to her.  I remember how I tripped over my words when she was in front of me, but through the power of editing you don't get to witness that.  One day I hope to get a chance to do a sit down interview with her. She has so much wisdom to share in the journey that lead her to the amazing place she is in right now.  Watch my interview below.
