Lesson 1: Securing the Interview – There are so many different ways to secure an interview and I will share them all with you: Managers and Publicists, Media Credential forms, Social Media, Friends, Events, Concerts and Persistence.

Lesson 2: Preparing For The Interview – I will walk you through each step of how to prepare for an interview and what type of questions to ask.

Lesson 3: Research – One of the most important ingredients for a great interview is research. I will show you the best ways to research for an interview and stand out from the rest.

Lesson 4: Red Carpet Interviews – I will teach you how to be quick on your feet and connect with people under incredible time constraints. I will show you how to make the most out of every second you have and how to always be prepared.

Lesson 5: One-on-One Interviews Having one-on-one interviews with people versus talking to them on the red carpet is like night and day. I will teach you the difference and how to make the most of your time during each type of interview.

Lesson 6: Navigating Interview Challenges – There can be so many challenges that arise when you set out to conduct interviews with people.  I will show you how to turn those obstacles into stepping-stones.

Lesson 7: Learning from Mistakes – I will teach you what I learned from all of my mistakes. This lesson will put you leaps and bounds beyond where I was when I began.

Lesson 8: Executing on any Red Carpet – Some people may not want to talk to you on the red carpet, but it is important to get what you can get. I’ll teach you how to be assertive, and not aggressive.

Lesson 9: Social Media, Website or Blog, Media Kit & Reel – I will explain how to use Social Media to leverage all aspects of interviewing. You need a home to display all of your work in a way that stands out, so I’ll show you ways to build a website or blog. I will explain what a media kit is and how it can help you. And, I will explain what a reel is and why you need one.

Lesson 10: Production – The production part of an interview is how it all comes together. The end result will be what your audience will see. It is not only about the guest, but it is a representation of you. We will discuss camera, lights, editing software, microphone and more. I will show you the type of equipment you need in order to execute great looking interviews, and what to do when you don’t have any of it. Even if you don’t have the expensive camera, mic and lights, your cellphone can be just as good. There are many ways to capture the moment, and I will show you how.
