Quencie is the founder and host of Studio Q. The "Q" in Studio Q literally stands for Quencie. Not only is she behind the mic for every Studio Q interview, she also edits most of them. Quencie’s career as an interviewer began on the campus of Clark Atlanta University. Her most memorable interview came a month before completing her Master’s degree at the University of Illinois with the late great Whitney Houston on a MTV show named, ‘FANatic’. Following this dream come true interview with Whitney Quencie graduated with a Master’s Degree in Communications and moved to Los Angeles. She spent years working as a freelance producer for networks like NBC, CBS, FOX, MTV and BET, and for TV shows like The Tyra Banks Show and Divorce Court. You can now find Quencie delivering Black Excellence one interview at a time on her Studio Q Facebook page and YouTube channel.
TAM ANDERSON

Tam is the Producer and Videographer for Studio Q. All of the interviews you see are captured by Tam's camera. As Producer for Studio Q, Tam books the guests for the show, helps to manage the website, edits content and provides creative direction for the look and feel of Studio Q. Tam is also a singer, so you can hear her singing the Studio Q theme song on all interviews. Tam obtained her Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Memphis. She has also worked as a Marketing Manager for companies like Sony Music, Virgin Entertainment, and the Guitar Center.
